Monthly Challenge!

Following on from the success of last year, each month throughout 2025 we'll be setting a challenge for anyone to come along and try in the wellness area. The winners from each monthly challenge have awarded themselves endless bragging rights and a TWI branded t-shirt.

Strong Girls Club

The Strong Girls Club meets on Tuesday evenings at 6pm for 45 minutes, with a focus on progressing your technique, muscle tone and overall health. All levels are welcome to this class to enjoy the supportive and fun atmosphere.

Anyone can sign up, and of course members of the wellness initiative are invited to use their subsidy on this.

Muscle Up!

Cora will be running weekly class for those whose main goal for 2024 is to build muscle and get seriously strong.

Cora will be focussing on mechanics of movement and exercise technique, training methods and session plans, and how to fuel for performance and recovery. 

Classes will be 45 minutes every Wednesday at 6pm.

Anyone can sign up, and of course members of The Wellness Initiative are invited to use their subsidy on this.

  • Massage and Thai Massage

    Massage is now available Monday-Thursday!

  • Classes

    Every team member is running a selection of classes throughout the week. You'll need to bring a change of clothes, just something you are comfortable and can move in, and head up to the wellness area on the 6th floor at the time of your class.

  • Personal Training

    Kelly, Robyn, Charlee and Cora are available on weekdays for one-to-one sessions of 30/45/60 mins to tailor bespoke sessions to your fitness goals.
