Cancellations

Thank you for choosing our services. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In order to maintain efficient scheduling and accommodate all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so via the link on your original confirmation email. Please note: this option is only available for sessions that are more than 24 hours away, otherwise you will be prompted to send a direct email to advise us of the change in your circumstances.

2. Advance Notice: We kindly request that you provide us with advance notice of any cancellation or rescheduling.  This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients who may be in need of our services. Please try to notify us at least 24 hours in advance, but at latest, the day before.

3. Same-Day Cancellations for Personal Training or Massage services: Unfortunately, same-day cancellations result in significant challenges for our business, as we are often unable to fill the vacant appointment slot on such short notice. Therefore, any cancellation made on the day of the scheduled appointment that is unable to be rescheduled for the same day will result in the session being lost. It is your responsibility to contact trainer/massage therapist to attempt to rearrange for the same day, but this may not always be possible. 

4. Same-Day Cancellations for Classes: Please notify us immediately if you are no longer able to make a booked class so that we may free up your space. You will not lose your session fee for any missed classes, but we kindly ask that you notify us in advance. 
5. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can occur unexpectedly. If you find yourself in an emergency situation that prevents you from giving us advance notice or attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the circumstances. We will evaluate each case individually and make reasonable accommodations whenever feasible.
