Meet the team: Kelly Blackburn

Personal Trainer

Kelly is a professional competitive bodybuilder and has been working in the fitness industry for six years, after discovering a passion for health and fitness whilst training to be an actress at university. It was here that she first began to understand the importance of looking after your mind and body, and how movement can greatly improve your life.

Since then Kelly has worked with clients of all levels, from complete beginners to pro-level athletes, and taught many different styles of classes including HIIT, circuits, functional movement and yoga.

Kelly took home 2 gold medals and the overall title at the UKUP Southern Championships in April this year, and looks forward to competing in the finals later in the year.

Meet the team: Charlee DeBolla

Massage Therapist

Charlee has an extensive and varied movement background with 20 years of experience across disciplines such martial arts, gymnastics, dance and circus arts.

Still currently performing as a professional acrobat, he understands the frustrations of working around injuries and the challenges that come with living with pain. Due to this he sought greater understanding of human anatomy and rehabilitation, undergoing extensive training and qualifying as a sports massage therapist and personal trainer.

"I seek to use my knowledge and provide clients with a deeply profound massage experience, reducing tension and relieving areas of pain. Massage treatment is a powerful tool that allows recipients the space from their pain to move more freely. Empowering each individual to take on healthier activity and lifestyle habits, that I believe ultimately reinforces us against the causes of pain."

Meet the team: Robyn Mendonidis

Robyn, a South African personal trainer since 2018, specializes in strength, mobility, functional fitness, and sports massage. Her journey began when she recognised the impact of fitness on mental and physical health, way back in 2010.

In strength training, she helps clients reach their physical potential. Mobility training ensures ease of movement in daily life as well as redeces the chances of injuries. Ultimately her focus is on looking great and feeling even better.

Her sports massage expertise goes hand in hand with her training as it assists in the recovery of hard worked muscled or underlying imbalances. Robyn is driven by the belief that mental and physical health are interconnected, and she aims to share this insight with others.

Her approach is practical and results-oriented, helping clients lead healthier lives.

She teaches with a focus on physical alignment, breath and presence, mindful movement and conscious breath. Bringing a playful spirit to her classes, encouraging yogis to be present with self, cultivating a sense of freedom and joy in the practice. Tracey-Anne fully believes in the nurturing and healing effects of yoga and the benefits to all from a regular practice.

She often works with meditation and mindfulness in the creative industry using yoga as a means to cultivate presence, embodiment, breath and feeling.

Tracey-Anne teaches Vinyasa Hatha and Yin yoga as well as mindfulness meditation practice - incorporating all qualities within each of her classes.
